Rodeheaver Boys Ranch offers career opportunities for mature, married couples who are interested in working in a ministry helping at-risk boys who are non adjudicated, and non-violent.
The Cottage and Relief Cottage Parents are critical to the success of Rodeheaver Boys Ranch’s mission of providing these deserving young men the privilege of growing up in a loving, traditional family environment.
Both the Cottage Parent position and the Relief Cottage Parent position are full-time responsibilities. All Rodeheaver Boys Ranch Child-Care staff members live on the ranch. The Childcare staff is directly supervised by the Executive Director and Director of Cottage Life. The entire administrative staff functions to provide the support necessary for the Cottage and Relief Cottage parents to perform their duties and for the boys to have all the tools and training necessary to be successful in today’s society.
